En Bloc Import to Media Folder

When we upgraded to V4 we were allowed during the installation to import all the multimedia files from V3 into the new Media Folder in the Project Folder.

I would suggest that - as the script must be mostly there - this 'option/feature' continue to be available after installation as part of the 'Working with External Links' feature.
