Records Window - Find in Diagram

From the Records Window in V3, Ctrl/H would zip straight to the matching record in the current Diagram Window.

Now V4 brings up a Select Records dialog box. What is the point of this? To complete the action, i now need to mouse-click OK.

Can we revert to V3 behaviour? Otherwise give me a Records Window right-click context menu offering 'Find in Diagram' (which would have been my preferred method in any case).

Records Window - Find in Diagram

Totally agree that it is a retrograde step to bring up the 'select records' window when using the Ctrl-H find function. And do you want to know why it is so stupid to bring up the window? Because you can't select more than one person so the whole point of the window is moot and just becomes a waste of time.

However you can use Ctrl-H when no record is selected and then the window becomes useful in that it allows you to select a record by using a query or named list. So I would grudgingly accept it has a purpose but not a well thought out method of implementation.

I would argue that when using Ctrl-H on a selected record that FH should bring up the diagram window directly. If no record is selected, then bring up the 'Select Records' window to allow the selection of the required record.

I am still waiting for wish list item #334 (and related very old item #29) to be implemented which allow a large diagram to be searched without having to go to the record window to find and select a record and then use Ctrl-H. Basically Ctrl-F within in the diagram window should work.
