Remember property box panel sizing

Post by sbell95 » 19 Jul 2023 23:35

On the property box, I would like to keep the size of fact details minimised so that I can see as many timeline events as possible. However, when I drag the dotted section up/down between the timeline and fact details (date, place, etc), FH does not appear to remember this and always reverts to the default size after opening another window or restarting the program. FH Support have stated that this is not a bug, despite the vertical property box expander and the horizontal one between facts and sources not reverting when changed to a user's preference. I suggest a program option/preference where users can select whether they'd like the vertical size to revert or remain.

That is effectively covered by Wish List Ref 534 Preserve all Workspace and Window Characteristics so please Vote for it.

Thanks, Mike - I have done so. I guess this wish list item can be removed, then?
