Is there any plans for translating Family Historian to other Languages?

We are only the FH User Group so are not aware of FH development plans by the authors Calico Pie.
I suggest you ask them using the how_to:about#problem_reporting|> Problem Reporting technique.

There are existing requests for Reports to support other languages.
In the Closed Wish List Requests there is the Non-English sentences (12564) posting.
In the Wish List itself there is Ref 541 Narrative Sentence options for other languages that you can Vote for.

But nobody has requested the FH program dialogues to be in another language.
Is that what you are asking for, and what languages are of interest?

V7 now supports additional language packs.
