Allow media linked to a family to display in narrative reports.

Just like family facts are displayed for each husband/wife combo, display the media linked to that husband/wife combo.

Currently, only media linked to individuals is displayed. See Family Media Doesn't Show Up in Narrative Reports (15578).

I have added Wish List Ref 562 Report Options with consistent Pictures tab settings that you can Vote for and covers various Pictures tab inconsistencies.
