Zoom slider control for charts and diagrams

Post by tonyblack1964 »

It would be great to have zoom slider controls added for when viewing charts and diagrams. This would be far more convenient than having to click on '+' or '-' buttons continuously.

Did you know you can press the keyboard number pad + or - keys or use Ctrl+L and Ctrl+K, which are possibly even easier than a slider that you have to mouse over.

Those keyboard shortcuts are given in the Diagram > Zoom menu text.

Thanks Mike. Useful to know. Still think it would be quicker to have a slider to save having to take hand off mouse while in use.

Not sure it's documented and not sure it will work for everyone, but I can use Ctrl+mousewheel to zoom in and out.

I didn't know that one either Peter!

With all those options Tony, do you still wish for a slider?

I guess it's changed from a 'need it' to an 'un-necessary luxury' :D

Useful to know and for information both the ctrl mousewheel and ctrl K & L both work fine under Crossover v 15.
