Facts Time Line Options Box - Start date option

Can I request that the existing Facts Time Line options box gets a START cut off options box (similar to existing Cut Off Date options) so as family events that happen before birth of the individual can be hidden if required. It would be very useful to exclude non relevant facts that happened before birth
