Can anyone tell me why a Record Flag might not show as an icon in a A&D diagram. Is this another one of the many little bugettes and limitations in FH that I have found?

I have a record flag for all my UK individuals and that shows as a UK flag on the diagram. I also have one for all my American individuals, but none of them have their little American flag showing. Possibly because on the example shown, the flag is set as 'America' and the flag condition is for the 'USA'
