Recording Military Service in FH

Post by GeoffWalter » 26 Oct 2009 16:19

I have obtained hard copy military service records and related documents (father and grandfather) and found an Australian online service record for a great uncle.

I would appreciate advice on best practice for recording such military service details in FH.

Cheers.

You may find the Military Fact Set in the Fact Set Downloads useful.

Thanks Jane. Could you point me to where would be the most appropriate place in which to save the Military Fact Set. Should it be somewhere within FH's structure or elsewhere?

The easy way is to save it to your downloads directory or the desktop and double click it to let FH install it for you. This the same for Queries and other FH download items.
