* Source pictures keep appearing in Family Tree CD

I'm using FH version 3.1.2 on Windows Vista Home Premium and I'm trying to adjust the appearance of a Family History CD. I don't want the Source thumbnail images to show in reports but can't seem to remove them. In Step 3 of creating the CD I go into 'Options' for both Primary and Secondary page types and from the 'Sources' tab I uncheck the boxes so as not to show source pictures or source citation pictures yet when I view the finished Family Tree CD file the source thumbnail pictures still show on the 'Descendents by Generation' report, though they have disappeared from the Individual Summary Reports. Have I missed something? Thanks for your help.

I have solved this myself thanks. I found the 'Edit' facility on Step 4 and used it for 'the table of contents item' in question and found I could alter the Source options there, which has done the trick. Thanks for reading. Paul
