V5 and the Plugin Store

Post by gerrynuk » 26 Mar 2012 19:31

Whilst waiting for V5 to arrive by post I have been browsing through the available plugins. Wow! you folk have been hard at work.

I was somewhat amused by Jane's plugin 'Clean Living People' - How does it know? I'm sure some of my ancestors won't qualify!

Seriously, many thanks to everyone - Simon for creating V5, and everyone else for all their hard work in getting this major new upgrade up and running.

[grin] Well all mine are 'Clean' if they arn't my plugin takes them out.

I hope plugins will prove popular, they are a great way of answering those 'one off' wish list items and for importing and exporting information.

V5 and the Plugin Store

I have been looking on and off for the plugin store online and I am sure I found it before christmas. Just had a look again at the FH website and found a note under Version 5 new features as part of the program. This means I will have to wait until installing version 5 to see what is available; might be good marketing to list some of the plugins here and on the FH website?

Thanks for the link Jane - I can see one useful plugin straight away to tidy up my data and quite few interesting ones.
