I have added pictures of birth and death certificates to the relevant sources.
Can I get these pictures to appear in Media – View Media for Selected Records, so that I can view all multimedia for an individual at a glance?

You can do it using a small plugin I wrote if you have V5.

If you add the plug in to the Tools menu, it's a couple of clicks as you need to select the person, run the plugin and CTRL-A to select all the linked records and then select the View Selected Records from the Media Button.

Well done Jane! I have always had a problem viewing media particularly where added via Ancestral Sources compared with additions direct to the record. At first glance this plug-in appears to have overcome that problem.

Thanks for this Jane.

When I open and View Media for Selected Records, it shows images of the individual plus images which I have inserted in the Facts menu under Education, Residences etc.

When I run this program, the media selected are images of the individual and all relevant certificates.

Can I include all those images inserted in the Facts menu?

I suppose I could enter all certificate images under Born, Married, Died in the Facts menu for them and all others to be viewed normally in View Media for Selected Records.

I will take a look to entend the search. Please give me a few days.
