Possible Duplicate Media error

In using Check for Possible Duplicate Media plugin, I got an error. I ran the plugin once and merged some media and then ran the plugin again. This time it asked if I wanted to use some cached records. I clicked on No and got the following:

I believe that on Line 27 clearrecords should be replaced with clearlist(dbcon).
