Export Gedcom File 'not enough memory'

Post by pete56 » 31 May 2022 13:59

I am trying to export a GEDCOM file to Family Tree maker 2019 using the plugin. It stops after a few seconds and say "not enough memory". What might be causing this? thanks

There were memory problems reported last year which were fixed.
Which plugin Version are you running?

If it is not the latest Version 5.0 then download it from the Plugin Store.

It even also gets stuck at 1% when analysing the file. Then first I get a "not responding" then not enough memory

Please post a screenshot of two things:
  1. The Basic Options tab of the plugin before you start the export process.
  2. The Not Enough Memory error message details that help me identify the problem script.
Have you checked the Help & Advice page https://pluginstore.family-historian.co ... edcom-file and performed the command tasks advised before running the plugin. If the GEDCOM has structural issues then the plugin can get confused.
