Backup and Restore Family Historian Settings Plugin Issue

Post by Frankie445 » 11 Dec 2021 10:25

I am having a little problem using the Plugin 'Backup and Restore Family Historian Settings'.

Every time I try to run the plugin I get the following warning message:

C:\ProgramData|Calico Pie\Family Historian\Plugins\md5:lua:8:attempt to call nil value (global 'module'). No changes have been made to data records.

I am running version 7.0.9.

The problem is the md5 and other library modules that had to be downloaded to that Plugins folder for FH v6.2.
They are no longer needed and interfere with the library modules that are pre-installed with FH v7.0.
Run the Delete old FH6 Plugin Module Files plugin and follow its instructions, then all will be OK.

It was proposed that installing FH v7.0 could automatically delete those old modules, but some users didn't like that idea.
