* Rearrange Place Parts plugin not working as expected

In the image below, I want column 6 copied to column 7, and column 6 to be blank. Then I want to manually add a dozen or so zip codes to column 6.

This is my setup in the plugin, but it just says it didn't change anything. I'm not sure what I don't understand. I've read the help and the forum posts and this seems right.

That's embarrassing. Figured out my problem. I had the place records window open, so it couldn't do anything.

Yes, if the Records Window is open on the Places tab with no Places selected then nothing gets changed.
If you select and Place records then only those records will be converted.
