Minor cosmetic bugs in plugin window

There are a number of minor cosmetic issues with the plugin window in FH7 that I will report to CP:
1. When it first opens, the caption for the Version field can be either truncated (as though there is another box on top of it) or missing completely. Resizing the box immediately fixes the problem. It seems to be related to the width of the box when opening.
2. If the minimum width were just a few pixels wider, it would avoid the untidy truncating of the year in the Last Updated field.
3. Type reports as 'standard', even if capitalised in the plugin script, again a little untidy.
