I presumed you would be familiar with Queries and I don't have time just now to compose them for you.
Perhaps wait until the next release of the plugin to see if it gets the Note counts better.
I might publish a prototype here.

Thanks Mike. I have worked a little with existing queries, but that was over a year ago. Totally understand the lack of time for composing a Query and I wasn't asking you to do that. Assume though, not just for my sake, you will eventually update the Export Gedcom File for what you think might be causing a some missing notes. Others might have more of those notes than I (might).
