Can plugins be added as a tab in the property box?
I would like to have the Research Planner appear as a tab in the property box. Is it possible?

But you can add it as a menu item in the Tools menu tab.

Then if it is the only one starting with R you can use the keyboard shortcut Alt + T + R.
