What version of the plugin are you using? Have you checked the Plugin Store of a newer one?

There is a problem with that Plugin caused I suspect by a change in the character encoding for the C:\ProgramData\Calico Pie\Family Historian\Web Search\Standard.fhi file from ANSI to Unicode UTF-16.
That needs to be reported to the author Calico Pie using the standard how_to:about#problem_reporting|> Problem Reporting ticket system.
However, that settings file has not changed recently, so what you have installed with FH V6.2.6 is the latest.
