For all the media I have in a project I would like to create a subset of media based on a word in the title. Then I want to search that subset's keyword data and change that key word.
1. Create a subset of media based on the word "Announcement" in the Title field.
2. In that subset , search for "Picture" and replace it with "Document" in the Keyword field.
Is that all possible with Search and Replace Plug-in?

Re: Search and Replace Media information
Gary, you cannot do that easily with the Search and Replace Plugin because it works globally and would require manual selection of each change, but you can do it with the Keyword Update Plugin from the Plugin Store.
In the Records Window on the Media tab enter Announcement in the Title Filter and select those matching records.
Then run the Keyword Update Plugin and click its Online Help button for details.
Enter Document in the lower pane and click OK.
In the next dialogue select Document (and any other keywords) you want assigned to the selected Media.
Note that all other keywords will be removed from just those Media.
The final dialogue confirms it is OK to update the selected Media.
