Some bad news I am afraid.

I have created a new instance of FH on my Mac using Mervyn's suggestion of 'Play On Mac'.

I went to my Virtual Box install and ran the plugin to do the Backup I got the old red registry warning but then it successfully completed the Backup.

I then went to the Play On Mac install and ran the plugin and it immediately aborted with the below error.
Has v6.2.4 done anything that would upset the plugin when running in a virtual environment?

I believe we already know this Plugin will not run in Wine because the Registry Get & Put are not implemented.

I have lost track of the number of times I have done a search on Google to discover the answer to some question -- and discovered one of my posts from a couple of years ago where I had answered it for someone else!

Isn't that what writing is for?

I keep telling people to keep a genealogy journal in addition to using programs like FH so they can pick up where they left off, but no one ever listens (including me).
