Clean up Surname Capitalisation

Jane, this plugin Name in the Plugin Store is different from its downloaded Filename. which causes confusion.

Plugin Store Name: Clean up Surname Capitalisation
Plugin Title and Filename: Surname Case Convert
Also the Author in the Plugin Store is you, but in the script header it is Calico Pie.
Could these discrepancies be rectified please.
I suggest the Plugin Store Name be changed to match the Plugin Title and Filename, so that what is listed in Tools > Plugins matches the Plugin Store.
