Plugin Store

Post by gwilym'smum » 09 Dec 2016 07:37

Hi, just wanted to check that I had the relevant plugins before I transfer to new computer. Tried to get onto page via FH but said 'page cannot be displayed'. Tried via FH site and again not able to get a list. Am I doing something wrong? Regards Ann

I'm getting a "Dummy Page which should never be seen" message so guess there must be a problem with the FH website

The Plugin Store seems OK now, but the only Plugin you need is Backup and Restore Family Historian Settings.

Everything else is covered by following the how_to:family_historian_migration_guide|> Family Historian V5 & V6 Migration Guide.

Dear Mike, thank you. I have that plugin and have downloaded the KB instructions. Fingers crossed!
