Problem with Project Statistics Plug-In

Post by David Potter » 05 Sep 2016 15:50

Hi Forum

I used the plug-in today and am getting an error running the option to export to CSV. I get the following error text... I have re-installed the plug-in but still can't get past this error message. Any ideas welcome.

Hi David, sorry!
Is it posible that the C:\Users\David\Documents\Family Historian Projects\Potter_New_Latest\Public folder does not exist?
If it is missing, then create that Public folder using Windows File Explorer, and all should be well.

Usually that folder exists by default within a Project, but it may have been deleted, and the Plugin is not currently designed to create it. If that is the case, then I will make the Plugin create that folder when it next gets updated.

Hi Mike

You nailed it. The Public folder was missing. I have renamed this project, backed up and restored a few times whilst getting to grips with FH so perhaps that folder got dropped at some point.

Many thanks - once again.

David
