Export to Gedcom

Post by DerekAth » 08 Jun 2015 14:50

Hi,

I've recently tried to export a gedcom (1.8) and as soon as I hit "Run" the program freezes.

I updated to version 1.9 and am having the same problem?

Any ideas?

Sorry, unfortunately, that occasionally appears to happen due to the Plugin Data saved settings getting out of step with the Plugin itself.

Deleting the Plugin Data settings file usually resolves the problem, but any customised changes to the default settings will need to be re-entered.

Assuming your Project Name is Project then the file to delete is:

My Documents\Family Historian Projects\Project\Project.fh_data\Plugin Data\Export Gedcom File.dat

Just replace Project with your actual Project Name.
