* Issue with Export Gedcom File Plugin v1.8

Hi

Firstly, I would like to thank Mike Tate for the wonderful Export Gedcom Plugin which I have been using v1.7 successfully to export files for upload to TNG. I upgraded to v1.8 today but found that it freezes at 36% progress. I tried with a few different settings (different multimedia conversions, max image width/height etc) including the WIPE all media setting, but still freezing at 36% every time.

I have attached some screenshots of my settings.

Sorry about that Giles.
The problem would appear to be associated with the FAMily Record Id 2.

If you could post a copy of the GEDCOM lines for that record it should give me a clue.
I will assume you know where to locate the GEDCOM file (if not then ask).

The Family Record Id 2 will start with the unique line:
0 @F2@ FAM
and continue until:
0 @F3@ FAM
or whatever the next Family Record Id number happens to be.

Thanks Mike. The first occurrence of F2 in the file is as follows and the very next line includes F1 (which is also the first occurrence of F1 in the file):

Sorry Mike. My mistake....I was searching the Gedcom file that had been created in the export folder from one of my attempts to export using the plugin (where the process froze at 36%) and it did not contain any occurrence of '0 @F2@ FAM'.

So I searched my master gedcom file (from ...fh_data folder) and have pasted below the section starting with '0 @F2@ FAM':

I cannot spot anything in that record that would cause a problem, especially when you say the same symptoms persist when you choose the WIPE~ALL media mode.

Sometimes the progress message gets delayed when these loops occur, so the problem may exist in another Family record.
So could you please post all the Family records from 0 @F1@ FAM through to about 0 @F5@ FAM.

Also please post the last dozen or so lines in the exported TNG Gedcom file.

In the export file there is no occurrences of '0 @F1@ FAM' or any other family # in this format. The first reference to family (FAM) is:

1 FAMC @F2@
1 FAMS @F1@

...then after more lines....

1 FAMC @F23@
etc

I have found the problem bug in the Plugin due to mishandling the Witness Source details in Family Record Id 3.

It will shortly be re-issued in the Plugin Store, but please try the attached version 1.8.A in the meantime.
