downloaded fha & lua files

I have been tidying up my Hard disc
In my downloads folder I have many many lua & fha files.
Without losing these capabilities of plugins etc etc. Is it safe to delete these files from my download directory without impinging on their usage.

Yes, when you install them they are copied to your FH program data folder.

Yes they can be deleted.
In any case you can always download them again from the Plugin Store &/or KB Downloads and Links.

However, I am surprised you have any .fha files, but perhaps you mistyped .fhq ?
