How do I prevent the sources/details of pictures held against a person's details from appearing on the reports? [confused]

You are not clear as to how you have attached the source images, if you have correctly attached the source images to the sources or citations simply go to Report options and select the Source tab and untick the Source pictures.
If you have incorrectly attached the images directly to the person or the persons facts you can tick the Exclude from Reports option from the media in the media tab of the individual property box or via the links on the Multimedia window.

Many thanks for your quick response.
I have attached the media as instructed on site and in book. However I have also done both things you suggest and even been into each indidivdual photo and asked not to be included in report.
Whilst the one picture I want is shown correctly on the report I am unable to delete the details of other pictures held against that person from under their details, either at end of individual or end of report.
I am assuming they are source details but whatever they are I am unable to delete them

Are you actually seeing the pictures? or the Source citations?
To turn off source citations untick sources from the Source tab.
If you screen shot what you are having an issue with it would help us to work out what you are trying to turn off.

Those are nothing to do with your images or sources. It's what ancestry added as notes to your main file when you downloaded it from there.
The text should show on the Notes tab of the Property Box.
So you will need to remove them manually if you have now downloaded those images and attached them properly.

You cannot imagine how grateful I am to you for sorting out my problem. I had tried everything ! It must be a sign of age - well I'm certainly not going to tell my 11 yr old grandson about it because he is already convinced we weren't taught much in the 'Olden Days'.
Thanks once again
