Import from TMG – Fact type "Occupation"

After import from TMG the following happens:
-The record entered, for example “carpenter”, comes in the Note field, not in the Occupation field.
-Consequently the text in the Indivudual Narrative-report becomes: He was.carpenter.
-The date field “Occupation” is not visible in the Property window.
-Fact “Occupation” is created as Event, not as Attribute.
Is there any solution to this issue?

Welcome to the FHUG.
I have moved this to the Importing and Exporting forum that is more appropriate.
Usually, direct import from TMG is very effective but the explanation of your symptoms lies in the TMG Tools > Master Tag Type List where the Occupation fact should be defined as below:
Type: Standard
GEDCOM: OCCU
I suspect you have either modified that or added another Occupation definition that is defined as a GEDCOM EVENt.
Regarding the Date, is it only missing from the Main tab, but is shown on the Facts tab of the Property Box? That is normal.
Is the date shown in the Date Fact Age list at the top but the position below is blank where Date usually appears?
That can be fixed in the FH fact definition but won't be necessary if Occupation is imported correctly.
If the only problem is the Occupation data in the Note field then an FH Plugin might fix it, but it would be better if you could correct the TMG Master Tag Type List. You may also discover other facts with a similar problem that needs correcting.

Thank you!
After adding OCCU in TMG, the issue is solved.
