Exporting Media Files Only
Is there a way to export media files only, based on a subset selection by keyword?

Re: Exporting Media Files Only
Yes, but it needs several steps:
- Use File > Import/Export > Export > GEDCOM File and do NOT select any Individuals.
Tick ALL the Exclude options except Unconnected Records then click OK and ignore warning.
Save with a Gedcom file name such as MediaOnly.ged but decline offer to open Gedcom in FH. - Use File > Project Window > New Project > Import a GEDCOM file and Browse to the just exported Gedcom.
- In this MediaOnly Project create a New Custom Query with Query Type: Media.
On the Rows filter tab Add a filter for each Keyword such as:
Add if %OBJE._KEYS% contains KeyName
Then on the cog Query Menu top right choose Run and Invert Result Set to list those without those Keywords.
Select all Result Set rows and on the cog menu choose Add Row Records to Named List and choose a new list name. - On Records Window open Named Lists, right click the Media list and choose Delete Listed Records.
- To purge all the now unlinked media files use the Check for Unlinked Media Plugin and Delete Unlinked Media.

It might work just as well by replacing 1. & 2. with File > Project Window > More Tasks > Copy Project.
Step 3. is quite quick once the Query already exists.
BTW:
Can you reveal the purpose of this exercise?
