Need help in finding........please

Lucy Mace 1795 Mickleton is supposed to have married William Stow in Blockey in 1817.

But i can not find anything relating to him.Its as if he never exsisted.

Her sister Mary Mace 1797 Brockley is supposed to have married John Stow in 1819.

Again I cannot find him..could they be brothers??

I really have drawn a blank and dont know where to head next. Please has someone got any ideas???

Where is Blockey?

I presume you have checked the 1851, and have not been able to give either brother a birth place.

In the marriage register what information was given?

i havent got a clue where blockley is possibly Gloucestershire or warwickshire

just trying to find out now

There is a Blockley near Moreton-in-Marsh and a Mickleton about 5 or 6 miles north of Blockley. Both now in Gloucestershire but may have been in Worcestershire.
