1851 England Census - Unknown Occupation

I am hoping that someone might be able tell me what the occupation is on the last line of the entry under 'Rank, Profession or Occupation'. The two entries above it are 'General Servant' and 'Cook'. (The ennumerator wrote a stroke that looks like an 's' at the end of words.)

Can you you work out what the first letter of the word is by comparison with other words on the Census page?

Is the person male or female?

Thanks for the link. I should have mentioned that the person is male and in the Chatham Workhouse. There doesn't seem to be anything on the same page that helps identify the first letter but I could look at the pages before and after to see if they can help.

I think it is Tinker.
If you look at the occupations above all the letters are used except the first one and I believe its T as its very similar to how I write my first name.

Tinker:
A tin pot and pan seller and repairman

I agree - Tinker, the 'K' is the same as in 'Cook'.
