Family Historian User Group

Can anyone help me decypher the entry for John W Coster please I have the date but cant understand the place other than the word Parish,  I think its Kerry, unless you know otherwise!!  This is from the Roll of marriages of Royal Marines, in National Archives.   Thanks

Might it be 'Parish Tarbert (Kerry)'?

I looked up County Kerry and scanned down the list of parishes and Tarbert seems to fit.
