Lost Parish Records

Does anyone know of any records that list Parish Records / Churches lost during the Great Fire of London and WW2.

The recent Society of Genealogists did a feature on just this topic! It seems the Fire led to a period of consolidation and rationalisation of parishes. Wiki talks about this here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ch ... demolished.
