Thanks tatewise. No's 5 & 7 are the important one's.

Date and place of birth replaced Age at Death in Q2 (June) 1969.
Age at Death was introduced in Q1 (Mar) 1866.

7 (c) Usual address
These or something very similar have been present at least since about 1900.
