I think the last word may be 'Brain'.

Sure looks like 'Brain' to me too.
I presume there are no 'B' s to compare with.

Could well be Brain.

The following web page has examples of copper plate letters:

Lower down the page it shows Brewer.

Together these suggest the Br at the start of Brain is correct.

Comparing the letters rain with others on the Certificate appear to match OK.

Finally, Visitation of God goes with Disease of the Brain as a description of a 'fit'.
