Can anyone tell me if I can use FH for a One-Place Study?
If so, how do I go about it, please?

It would seem that FH is ideally suited to One Place Projects.
Checkout Forum thread One-place studies (6808) and its links to the FHU mailing list.
Essentially the techniques are same as for any Genealogical Research.
You will simply tend to have more unrelated family sub-trees than a traditional Ancestors Project.
For detailed advice it would be best to post your questions under the appropriate Forum for your Version of FH.
