Does anyone have any idea what may be hidden by the folded paper in the attached image.

My interest is Winnifred Barrie, who has an entry in the last column, but I cannot see the heading. I've googled the phrase in the title, I've googled images but so far not found any like this with headings, most that I've found just allow free format entry for the destination country.

Obviously there is a hint from the titles I can see, the second last starting with "British" but it could be anything.

The image you posted is very low resolution making it difficult to read anything in detail.
Can you post a higher resolution of just that column heading.
It does look like a list of countries starting England, Wales, Scotland, etc.

If you go back to where you obtained that image, is there a next page or previous page option.
In such as Ancestry and FindMyPast there often is such a feature that shows adjacent pages that should show that heading.

In my experience of similar lists, the five columns are England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, British Possessions and Foreign Countries.

As Mike suggested turning the page on the source shows
So "Foreign Countries" would seem most likely.
