Family Historian User Group

Can anyone tell me where I find records of births and marriages in Egypt. I am researching a family who were born in Egypt (Cairo and Alexander) parents were in the British Armed Forces. I have found some information via the GRO records but I want confirmation of the details.
Also there are family members but I do not know where to look some names are Mattatia (main one in this family), Colonimes, Mustacehi, Nacmias, Haim.
