Citing Non Conformist Image Records

I have a number of ancestors and relatives who were Non-Conformists and I am downloading baptism record images from the Genealogist. Typically an image is a scan of two adjacent pages and can contain rbetween 8 and 18 (roughly) baptisms. The most interesting ones are those with 8 records since each record will usually contain a large amount of information: father's name, location and occupation, mother's name and the names of her parents, date of birth and date of baptism of the child.
I decided when I first began these downloads that I would make my own transcription of both pages (in a source note) because I often had an interest in more than one of the baptisms. So far I am simply making the source records and not citing them at all. I intend to keep these complete source records, images and transcriptions no matter what else I do.
I would be interested in views on how to cite these records. In particular, when I am citing an individual entry should I create a new method 1 source for each entry as I use them - it is probably going to be cited for residence, occupation, names, baptism and birth - or should I cite the full record each time and create a Method 2 citation containing the location within the image (and my transcription) - not difficult as there are usually register numbers.
