Gedfamilies Sync

Are any other members having problems downloading the GedFamlies Sync programme. I cannot get past about 700kb and it then stalls and times out.
I have been exchanging Emails with the TelGen Support and have tried various things but they say that the programme has been downloaded thousands of times.
It seems strange that I am the only one with a download problem.

I've just had no problem with the download/installation using Google Chrome.

I also had no problem with the download, using Firefox.

I did have problems uploading my GEDCOM file but these have now been resolved.

Thank you for the replies, I am also using Google Chrome on Win 7 via wireless.
