Back in April there was a call for beta testers for an app that can sync with Family Historian files.
iPad/iPhone and Android - Beta Testers (4563)
Does anybody know if or when this app will be released?

Looks like the area of the Telegn site you want is here: http://www.telgen.co.uk/families/ there is a link to their forum. I would post a question there and see what they say.

Hi Neil,
Sorry if it's been posted elsewhere but apparently it is now released:
GedFamilies has been released - see http://www.telgen.co.uk/gedfamilies
Malcolm Green
Is anybody using it? If so how are they getting on? I would intend to use it on my Transformer tablet (ICS) and Google Nexus 4 phone (Jellybean)

Looking through the screen shots for iPad it appears at first to be very similar to Gedview, which is free, but this will cost you £5.49. Probably very nice if you want a slightly larger Pedigree view and would like some maps of birthplaces/residences and the ability to have photos embedded but I think I'll stick with Gedview for the moment.

The GedView app for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad costs £2.49 for the initial purchase. Subsequent upgrades are free.
