CSV spreadsheet

When listing in the standard query all individuals and saving to *.CSV spreadsheet (comma delimited).
If the list exceeds the space available in this sheet how can I place the excess information.

65536 sheet items, required 76500 = 10964 short.

You can either, filter the output using a custom query to split the data in two or open the file in text editor like notepad or psPad and chop it in two, or use a more modern version of Excel which can handle longer sheets for example

In Excel 2010, the maximum worksheet size is 1,048,576 rows

The latest Open Office Calc 3 can also take over a million lines.

I dont have the excel 2010 however thanks for the tip on OpenOffice this i do have. This works fine to a fashion.
