Family Historian User Group

I have purchased V3 Upgrade from S&N (currently using 2.0.7) but the Registration code fails to open up the program. I have carefully typed it several times, without success.
I can't even use the old version now.
I have emailed FH but just wondered if anyone here had an idea as I was hoping to do some work with it this weekend.

Not to sure on this but you may have to reload your 2.0 copy, upgrade to 2.3 then upgrade to V3. Also the V3 code is case sensitive. Don't forget to enter the ' - ' between each group of number/characters.

Thanks, but I did try all that and still no go

The only other thing to watch out for is O and 0 make sure if you have any in your key you have the right one.
