Family Historian User Group

I recall that a program was recommended on the mailing list a while back which basically removes unrequired information from a gedcom, as well as living persons, in preparation for the gedcom to uploaded onto a site like Genesreunited.

Can someone remind of it's name please and where I can obtain it from.
