Computer running slow
Since installing FH free trial version 6.2 a few days ago my computer has been running very slow. I installed version 3 some years ago when it first came out & had to uninstall it because it caused similar problems. Can anyone advise?

Can you please give a few more details about your system and the symptoms.
What version of Windows are you running ( 10, 8.1, 7, Vista ) ?
Is that different from when you had problems with FH V3 ?
What anti-virus package are you running ?
Is that different from when you had problems with FH V3 ?
When you say your "computer has been running very slow" what exactly do you mean ?
Has it run slow ever since you installed FH even when FH is NOT running ?
Does it only run slow while you are running FH ?
Follow the instructions in how_to:family_historian_installation_problems|> Family Historian Installation Problems to enter Windows Safe Mode and run FH there. Is it fast or slow ?
