Free alternative for FH on a Mac

There have been several posts in the past about using FH on a MAC.
My Windows laptop died a couple of months ago and went in the recycling bin. I decided to bit the bullet and try a Macbook Air due to its weight size etc. I was then presented with the problem of how to get FH running on it. I read the threads here and spoke to friends who have used Mac's for years. I looked at their installations of Parallels, BootCamp and Crossover. My son then recommended I try Oracle's Virtualbox as it is what he and his colleagues use at work.
Nothing ventured nothing gained and so as it is free I thought I would give it a go. It installed easily enough on the Mac. I had a legit copy of Windows XP from my old laptop with the serial number I had to create an iso of XP on a memory stick (as the Air doesn't have a CD drive) and it installed easily from there. Then I installed FH and copied over my project and all is up and running. After 48 hours I haven't found any issues so far but I haven't tried printing anything yet.
Hope this helps some others who want to use FH on a Mac.
