Is there any way of overriding the preselected dates in GEDCOM census? I want to input a number of entries from the Kansas US state censuses which were taken in 1885 and 1895 and can't work out how.

Forget that. You just amend the date manually in the census date column (and then manually override the title if necessary). Now why didn't I think of that before I asked such a b. silly question?
