Missing relatives in the All Individual list.

I have used gedcom census successfully with Family Historian in the past but have just realised that the latest additions to my gedcom are not appearing in the All Individual window of the gedcom census screen. As a result I cannot add them to the census entry list.
I have downloaded the recent Gedcom Census upgrade.
Hope someone can help.

Are you sure you saved the file with the new individuals in (in Family Historian) before opening it in Gedcom Census?

Another possibility is that you have opened a different file in Gedcom Census than the one you are using in Family Historian.

In Family Historian select 'File Statistics' from the File menu. Make a note of the File Name.

Now back in Gedcom Census click on the File menu and 'Open another GEDCOM family history file'. In the Open Dialogue that appears select the 'My Computer' button and then navigate along the path to the file name you noted down.

E.g. my file path from Family Historian could be: C:Documents and SettingsNick WalkerMy DocumentsFamily HistoryWalker.ged so in Gedcom Census I would select My Computer, then the C drive, then the Documents and Settings folder and then the Nick Walker folder, etc. until eventually I would find my file Walker.ged and open that.

Can't believe I received the answer to my problem so quickly. Thanks so much Nick. I discovered two identically named files in two different folders. Trial and error showed which was the correct file.Goodness knows how this all came about.
Best wishes Jennifer
